Caeser Riley slammed his red sedan into the Sunny Side Diner located at 850 North Hanover Street at approximately 12:47 a.m., on June 25, 2023, Carlisle police detailed in a release on Monday.
Officers who responded to the single-vehicle crash determined that Caesar "had operated the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol," the police said.
Caesar was arrested at the scene and charged with driving under the influence, according to the police.
The restaurant was open Monday morning with no apparent interior damage, as seen in a video on Sunny Side Dinner's Facebook page.
Court documents in this case were unavailable at the time of publishing.
Caeser does have a history of traffic-related charges in the county dating back to 2017, according to his previous court dockets.
